The Regular MSB Assembly Meeting at 6 p.m. included ordinances regarding changing the date of borough elections and possible impacts to cities; possible loss of revenue to the borough from repealing existing ordinances for business inventory tax and business licensing; increases to allowable amplified noise in the borough; supplemental funding to Academy Charter School; and approval of a new location for Fronteras Charter School on borough land. Public comment included road service area contractors and others on changes to contracting procedures. The regular meeting is here:
