Issues at the assembly meeting included several new natural gas local improvement districts, the Human Services Community Matching Grant appropriation, MSB Wetlands Management Plan, the mayor’s veto of transportation funds for Hatcher Pass bus service, and audience participation (when anyone can address the assembly on any issue) including the effect of last year’s assembly elimination of borough code regulating tall towers.
