Thanks to the borough Clerk’s Office for this recording of the assembly’s September 11 planning meeting delayed from June (the borough fiscal year runs from July 1 through June 30). The meeting lasted just over two and a half hours. Discussion focused on assembly priorities of state support for the port, rail extension, KABATA bridge, the Bogard Road extension, and added salmon preservation.
