Kevin Meddleton and Samantha Berg interviewed former Trappist Monk, Spiritual teacher, and author Francis Bennett. Francis is a former Trappist Monk in the Christian Contemplative tradition. After more than 20 years of monastic life, he recently left the monastery to more fully respond to a radical spiritual awakening that happened in 2010. This shift in perception deeply transformed his understanding of Christianity and the powerful unifying message that lies at the heart of all the great Spiritual traditions.
