Monday, 5 April 28 5:30 pm: A discussion with Rex Sanders on rescue insurance for backpackers.
Rex Sanders started backpacking with the Boy Scouts in the 1960s, which should have cured him, but friends intervened. Since then, he has hiked or backpacked thousands of miles, mostly in California. Rex has guided whitewater rafts all over the western United States since 1987, and for ten years, taught whitewater raft guides. He started writing about the outdoors in 2013. Rex lives on the central California coast with his wife, Judy.
