Mike Chmielewski streamed the special meeting beginning at 6 PM.
After about 5 minutes the Assembly went into an executive session. The members emerged 45 minutes later and continued with the agenda.
One person spoke under Persons to be heard. The recording picks up with Mr. Vikaryous speaking.
After a brief set of comments the Assembly agreed to continue the meeting on August 21 at 3 PM.
