Mike Chmielewski streamed the Planning Commission meeting beginning at 6 PM until its conclusion at 11:23 PM.
The first hour was devoted to a discussion of a recusal of one of the five members in attendance.
Following in order after the failure of a motion to allow the member to continue to participate were presentations by the Borough planning staff and an applicant for a monofill conditional use permit.
The last part of the meeting consisted primarily of testimony by the large number of attendees.
The public hearing and discussion the the permit will continue on December 15th.
