The floor is now in, the fire sprinkler is installed, the seams are all sealed with acoustical calk and there is power. We still need to finish the floor, paint, add the doors, and install the HVAC. Grant funds are pending for some of those items.
Painting is progressing. For the immediate future, quilts will provide the sound muting until the grant comes through for the acoustical tile.
Once the floor is in, we’ll get the studio configured and moved in.
The sunlight in the morning provides great shadow images in the window.
